UGC Guidelines on Peer-Reviewed Journals

The RESEARCH REVIEW International Journal of Multidisciplinary follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartial and unbiased evaluation of submitted manuscripts.

  1. Submission & Initial Check: Manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial office for scope and formatting compliance.
  2. Anonymization: Authors must remove personal identifiers; the editorial team will further anonymize before review.
  3. Reviewer Selection: Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and experience.
  4. Review Process: Reviewers assess the manuscript for originality, methodology, relevance, and ethics.
  5. Recommendations: Reviewers recommend: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject.
  6. Decision & Communication: Editors make the final decision and communicate anonymously.
  7. Revision & Re-evaluation: Revised manuscripts may undergo another round of review.
  8. Final Decision: Made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the board.
  9. Ethics & Confidentiality: Reviewers must declare conflicts and maintain strict confidentiality.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Feedback is encouraged to improve transparency and fairness.
